This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return or seek a refund for products purchased through our Services. All purchases are prepaid via UPI, Cards, or Net Banking, and this policy complies with applicable Indian consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Return Policy

We have a 48-hour return policy, meaning you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return. This shorter window is due to our direct-from-factory model and low pricing (starting from Rs. 69), which requires efficient processing.

  • Eligibility for Return: To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. You must also provide the order confirmation (email or SMS) as proof of purchase. Returns are only accepted for items priced above Rs. 100, as per our pricing structure (Rs. 99, Rs. 199, Rs. 249, Rs. 299).

Returns must be sent to9/19, Second Floor, Main Pusta Road, Gandhinagar, Delhi-110031 . Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted and may be discarded at your expense.

  • Unboxing Video Requirement: An unboxing video is mandatory to verify the item’s condition at delivery. Failure to provide this video will result in denial of the return request, protecting us from fraudulent claims.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at factorycartwebsite@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. Delays beyond this period may void your claim, as we cannot verify post-delivery damage without the unboxing video.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable to safeguard our business and ensure fairness:

  • Items priced below Rs. 100 (e.g., products at Rs. 69 or Rs. 99 during promotions) are not eligible for returns or refunds due to low margins.

  • Custom or personalized orders (if introduced in the future) will not be accepted for return.

  • Sale items or discounted products are final and non-returnable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original product (if eligible) by following the return process above. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new prepaid order for the desired item. This process protects us from inventory mismanagement and ensures accurate order tracking.

Refunds

  • Approval Process: We will notify you via email or phone after receiving and inspecting your return. You will be informed if the refund is approved or denied within 7 business days. Approval depends on meeting all conditions (e.g., unboxing video, 24-hour window, item condition).

  • Refund Timing: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund. A delivery fee (Rs. 50) is non-refundable.

  • Denial of Refund: Refunds may be denied for late requests, missing unboxing videos, damaged items, or non-eligible products (e.g., below Rs. 100). Denied returns will not be resent to you.

Shipping and Return Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We will provide a return shipping label only in such cases, at our discretion.

  • For approved returns, the refund will exclude the original delivery fee (Rs. 50), which is non-refundable to cover our shipping expenses.
