🔁 Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you buy from us! In case something isn’t right, here’s how our exchange process works:

🧾 1. Exchange Eligibility

We offer free exchanges only in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective product
You received a wrong item (different size, color, or design)

➡️ To qualify for a free exchange, the customer must provide a clear unboxing video of the delivery from the moment the package is opened.
This video helps us verify the issue and process your exchange quickly.

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, we won’t be able to offer a free exchange.

📦 2. Size Exchange

If you wish to exchange due to size issues (e.g. too big or too small), we’re happy to help!

In this case, you’ll need to pay an exchange handling fee of ₹150 to cover logistics.
The new size will be shipped once we receive the original product back in unused condition.

⏰ 3. Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
