We offer free exchanges only in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective product

You received a wrong item (different size, color, or design)

This video helps us verify the issue and process your exchange quickly.
⚠️ Without an unboxing video, we won’t be able to offer a free exchange.

If you wish to exchange due to size issues (e.g. too big or too small), we’re happy to help!
